How it Works

Consignments are by appointment or by drop off during designated times.

Furniture appointments: Provide us with photos of your items by email at furniture@greatfindsanddesign.com or stop by the store during normal business hours to show us the photos. In your email please include your name and phone number. Once we receive the photos we will work with you to coordinate the entire consignment process.

Household items, accessories and jewelry: You can make an appointment or take advantage of our drop off policy. Drop off times: Saturdays from 11:00 am-3:00pm and

Wednesday and Friday 10:30am-Noon.

Pricing

By appointment: The consignor will receive 60% of the agreed upon price and 50% of the agreed upon price of items less than $16.00.

By drop off: All items left are priced at the discretion of GF&D. Don’t worry… We will research your items for the best pricing. You will receive 50%.

Items will be inventoried at a later date.

*NOTE: Pricing shown on the inventory tags includes an item fee. This fee is added to all items. The fee is paid by the buyer and is not factored into the calculation of amount due to consignors.

Length of consignment

All items are consigned for a period of 120 days. All unsold items will be reduced by 15% at the end of 30 days. Additional 15% reductions occur on day 60 and 90.

All unsold items at the end of 120 days become the property of GF&D. If you would like any items returned to you please be sure to contact us before the end of your contract.

Payment

Payment is made on the last day of the month and reflects the prior month’s sales. There is a $2.50 handling fee deducted from each check.
