Procedure:
Consignments are by appointment, appointments for small items can be made by calling 410-561-7316, and appointments for furniture can be made by calling 410-561-9413; we strongly encourage that you send pictures of your furniture to gfandd@yahoo.com attn: Maura. During an appointment, our highly experienced team of merchandise analysts will work with you to describe and price your items.
All items are consigned for a period of 120 days. If an item has not been sold at the end of thirty (30) days it will be reduced by 15%. Additional 15% reductions occur at the end of sixty (60) and ninety (90) days.
Pricing:
The consignor will receive sixty (60) % of the sale price of any item sold for fifteen dollars or more.
The consignor will receive fifty (50) % of the sale price of any item sold for less than fifteen dollars.
Payment:
Payment will be sent within one month following the month in which the item sold.
